I've realized I've been doing most of my MCU/Captain America/Winter Soldier musing and squeeing over on my tumblr instead of here because most of you are not here for my MCU/Captain America/Winter Soldier musing (or fic), but I didn't actually mean to do that beyond pictures and comics reposting. Especially because Tumblr is terrible at conversations and I value what you folks have to say.
Anyway, to recap (pun absolutely intended): there are new stills out today, which are notable because they include a great shot of the Falcon and the accompanying text has a rather excellent quote from Chris Evans:
There are also stills from a fortnight ago, featuring Bucky, Fury, Natasha, [Robert Redford's character], and Steve, the last of whom is showing a little too much visible makeup. But they all look good and I am still thrilled with how good the rendering of the Winter Soldier has looked in real life (and that's hair, not guyliner).

“Meeting [Anthony] Mackie’s character, he used to serve, now he works at the VA counseling guys who come home with PTSD — they connect on that level,” Evans continues. “I think they’re both wounded warriors who don’t bleed on other people. Cap has no one to bleed on. I think [Mackie] knows how to handle people like that."Which I think is a really superb way to go about introducing Sam Wilson into the MCU and, especially, setting up a foundation for Sam and Steve to have a solid relationship. And that's before Bucky even enters into the picture, since he's going to bleed rivers.
