Absolutely. It's the latter that are annoying - the ones that don't even begin to offer any practical advice, just which combo of scents are going to do the right magic. They also tend to be the "oh, it's all natural, all part of the mystery of womanhood" sort and I had enough of that when the periods *first* happened. I liked my ibuprofen and lack of backaches, thanks so much.
