yuletide rec

I had spectacularly poor luck in my Yuletide trawling this year, stumbling from one dud to another (they exist, dear readers, they exist, and I might have found all of them). So I have restricted myself to reading people's rec lists, which cuts down on the chances of disappointment greatly. Which is how I found this:

Twice Removed (Nero Wolfe); 3700 words ; rated teen

It's casefic and it's Archie with his fond exasperation and calling in a favor for Lily Rowan and features cameos by Saul and Cramer and a few sly references to actual Wolfe cases and everyone sounds splendid.
