Not just you

I appreciated it for the view on culture and the glimpse into family stereotypes but there came a point where it lost me. I can't speak to the Female Jewish Experience but too many aspects of it felt like a Rory Gellar clone, wherein the Special Person succeeds because she is Special, not because it appears that she has to put in the work for it. It felt, after a point, that I was being laughed at vs. with and was no longer something I felt I could lose myself in.
